Where do I even start when it comes to this week! I have been travelling up and down the country, been to lots of different places, doing lots of different things. Honestly, I have had social engagements coming out of my ears! Look at the picture, look how tired I was afterwards!
It all started last weekend, where my Mammy and I went to see her friends in a place called Leeds. I like Leeds. It’s fun to say because you can say it like this, “LEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEDS!” Anyway, I was also very excited because my Mammy told me that when we arrived at Leeds, we were going to see lots of animals at an animal park.
When we got to the animal park, I could not believe how many animals there were! There were also lots of animals that I have never seen in real life before. I got to see some meerkats, snakes, lizards and there were lots of fish! Unfortunately, I was not allowed to swim with the fish. I tried to explain that I am a water baby and had gone through extensive training of how to dive underwater and hold on to the sides of swimming pools. This made no difference apparently. So I had to make do with looking through the glass at them all. Even so, I had lots of fun at the animal park.
Onto the next social engagement, which was another one of my friend’s birthday parties. My friend Nellie turned 1 year old, so Happy Birthday Nellie! You may recall that I only recently went to another one of my friend’s birthday parties and I really enjoyed the toys and activities there. This party was no different! You may not believe this, but I promise it is true, Nellie had a swing in her garden! Just like the swings you get in parks and playgrounds, but this one was at her house. It was amazing! I have no idea where she stole it from, but I have to get one of my own. Anyway, I played on that swing non-stop and loved every second of it. I hope that Nellie had a nice party, because I barely saw her at all, I was too busy swinging.

My last event of the week, wasn’t so much a social engagement, more a piece of information that has been shared with me. I am not sure what to make of it, so I thought I would share with all of you to see what you think of it.
So…apparently I am going to something call “Nursery” in September. I didn’t know what to make of this piece of information. My Mammy and Daddy seemed very excited about this when they told me I got my place there. The problem is, I have no idea what a Nursery is.
It was a strange feeling, as I do know many things. For example, I know what noise a sheep makes, I can count to 12 and I can correctly identify a tree. However, I just had no idea what a Nursery was, what you do with it and or what noise it makes. Mammy and Daddy haven’t given me any more information about the Nursery yet, so I guess I am either going to have to wait and see….or maybe I use my power of sneaking to do some investigating of my own. I will keep you posted!
