“Peppa is life” – Evelyn’s Diaries

At this moment in time, my life is consumed by one thing and one thing only. Pigs.

I’m not just talking about my Daddy. I am referring to an awfully friendly talking pig called Peppa. I first saw her on our tele and to be honest, I wasn’t that interested. There wasn’t much singing, which was my favourite and there were no fish like on Finding Nemo. However, slowly but surely, I was finding myself hooked.

It started with watching a few minutes at a time. Which soon developed to an episode. All of sudden, I am sat in front of the TV, jaw on the ground and the world around me disappears. The plot line is incredible. The amazing depth of the characters and all the twists and turns which come with each episode, I can’t get enough. I am laughing now remembering when Peppa lost the parrot…how they come up with this stuff, I will never know!

However, there have been exciting developments in recent weeks. It turns out…and I am not sure you are going to believe this, but you can buy Peppa Pig toys! It started with a cuddly Peppa toy, which was nice. This then led to a cuddly George toy, brilliant. Next up, a Peppa Pig house that goes in the bath, incredible! I was caught off guard with the next one, a Peppa Pig aeroplane, which I obviously loved with me being a qualified pilot. Finally, comes my Peppa Pig toy house, with furniture and characters. I think I am slowly becoming Peppa.

I am pleased I have all these toys now and got in early, as something tells me that Peppa Pig is going to become really popular in years to come. So I am glad I got in first. My Mammy and Daddy don’t seem too keen on it. I don’t get why, what more can you want in a programme?

Anyway, I am the one with all the taste in this family, so nothing is going to stop me enjoying Peppa Pig!

In other news, I have turned my eye to interior decorating. I have realised that I am actually very creative and think I have come up with the next big style.

You may have heard of Feng Shui styling…I call this Farm Shui.
